Latha Venkataraman leads an experimental group with expertise in measuring electronic, mechanical, optical and thermoelectric properties of single-molecule circuits. She has established methods to reliably and reproducibly obtain structure-function relations for these systems through scanning probe techniquesthat have recently been extended to electrolytic environments.
